Gabriela is a graduate student at Case Western Reserve University leading the Our Stories CWRU project. They are a Croatian-American artist, activist, and therapist dedicated to serving trauma survivors in individual counseling & community initiatives. They are interested in facilitating the use of art and storytelling for community change and individual healing.

Issac is a graduate student at Case Western Reserve University making his directorial debut in Our Stories. He received a Bachelor’s of Arts in ProMusic from Tiffin University, having minored in theatre and Latin American Studies. As a minority artist delving into a versatility of skillsets, he believes the arts are the best approach to combatting societal inequalities—such as those Our Stories is meant to expose and bring towards a balance.

STAGE MANAGER
Linus is an undergraduate student at Case Western Reserve University, triple majoring in anthropology, evolutionary biology, and origins sciences. They hope to be able use their degree to draw more attention to the presence of disability care in past societies. As someone who is both mixed and disabled, they are very interested in the ways in which art can be used to increase representation of and provide platforms of advocacy for people that are often spoken over by authority.

Samantha Cocco is a local actor and the administrative coordinator for the Social Justice Institute. Samantha facilitates spiritual retreats for women in recovery from addiction and volunteers for an addiction recovery resource center in Northeast Ohio. She was most recently a part of the play Exonerated at the Beck Center in Lakewood, which focused on the experience of those wrongfully convicted.
